Each week, CAB shows movies in the Huber Theater at 7 p.m. This October they are showing three movies: Dodgeball, Minions, and Hocus Pocus.
Oct. 12: Dodgeball
Starring Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller, this classic comedy will keep you laughing and engaged in a solid story line. Dodgeball follows a group of outcasts in Las Vegas as they enter a dodgeball tournament to earn money in order to keep their local gym from being bought out by a chain. If you’re looking for a funny, engaging movie to keep you on your feet on a Saturday night, Dodgeball is the way to go.
Oct. 18: Minions
Minions is a spinoff of the ever-popular film Despicable Me. In this
story, three evil minions are looking for a new evil boss to serve. Their search for a new master leads them to Scarlet Overkill, the first ever female super villain. In order to serve her, the minions must steal from the Queen of England. Sandra Bullock, John Hamm and Michael Keaton take you on adventure through the streets of London in this minion adventure.
Oct. 26: Hocus Pocus
With Halloween right around the corner, everyone is looking for a good scare and an even better laugh. Hocus Pocus is a 90’s Halloween classic. Three witches are resurrected in Salem, Massachusetts on Halloween night. The new kid in town, along with his younger sister and his crush, must work to defeat the witches and put them to death forever. Enjoy this Halloween movie that thrills you and puts you in the spirit for the holiday.
